I prayed for safety, honor and that if I died that my family knew that I loved them everyday in Iraq. I also said that if I get killed that I should have bought a lottery ticket because I will have beat the odds on one hell of a longshot bet!

This vid is just one more example of the quality of the enemy we face in Iraq. Too much anxiety to execute the plan of attack properly, too much blind faith in the leader who sacrificed them in their suicide mission, a tinge of doubt and a will to survive and the thought of FUCK THIS SHIT running through his head while being remote detinated after missing his huge 3-6 second window of oportunity.

Sometimes when these images get stuck in my head, I like to look up Jeff Dunham and Achmed the dead terrorist.

Looking close, you can see how loaded the car was and the homicide bomber raced up to the check point in an attempt to detonate near the Humvee in front of it. The white suburban and the Humvee escaped by about 2 seconds. Un-frickin believable. My hopes and prayers are with all of you.
