Brigadier General,
Sorry to learn that your Walther P22 jams. Perhaps experimenting with different ammo with variations in velocities. Target, standard or high.
The recoil spring might require to be replaced also. The one I have functions flawlessly with 40gr high velocity hollow points - 1280fps.

Congratulations Brigadier General,

I am of the opinion Heckler & Koch really leads the firearm industry in many ways. They had the first polymer frame and integral rails for the mounting accessories. Then where first to designed a handgun around the .40 caliber. We know how popular that round became.

I learned that USP stands for ‘Universale Selbstlade Pistole‘ or ‘Universal Self-loading pistol’ in English. It gets incorrectly labeled in many gun magazines as the Universal Service Pistol. Actually, I like the incorrect label.

I also learn that in the 90’s the barrel was changed from conventional land and groove to polygonal bore profile and improved trigger pull. Reduces stacking and pull weight in the DA mode, improved smoothness in DA and SA modes. Thought you might enjoy this informational tid bit. Congratulations again. Outstanding.
