I like the jungle background. Nice and green. We won't see that for a few more months. Still have some snow cover and lake ice is very gray. However it is starting to break up. Sunrise on Crosslake, MN.

Personally, I like the iced over back ground better. Of course, the grass is always greener on the other side. No pun intended. I'm from Florida as well.

Yeah, that's a little excessive. I could certainly do without that.

Especially if you're not used to driving in it.

Its all in your attitude, well a good pair of boots certainly helps. I have four wheel drive and driving in snow isn't a problem up to about a foot. After that, it gets a bit dicey. It's all the transplants that can't seem to get with the program. They are either driving like they sitting on a bottle of nitro and frightened out of their minds or flying down the road like their late for a wedding. What really chaps my hide are the curious ones that have to stop and look at the fender bender or the idiot in the ditch.

We received some heavy rains up here and helped speed up the ice out.
