I'm new to this forum. Done my own gunwork for years, now that I'm retired am doing it for others. My interest is primarily rifles, and accurate ones at that. I also very much enjoy stock work, including checkering. Do some prairie dog shooting when time allows the travel. Do a lot of muzzle brakes. An excellent design, borrowed from my retired "mentor." Have applied a baked industrialized teflon finish to guns for years with excellent success, have just started applying it over parkerizing, using Brownell's 909 & zinc phosphate. Would appreciate hearing any tips for others who have had more experience with parkerizing than I. thanks, |
