the day awoke with a whore frost and I felt like I was 99 not 29 up on a ridge overlooking the skippers canyon in queenstown (new zealands south island) lee enfield .303 in hand down into th canyon and within minuites am onto good deer sighn and start tracking tracked the animal for a good 2or 3 hours when i finaly found it it was a good 10 pointer lined up to take the shot sqeeze the trigger gently and "CLICK" the dead mans click lesson "check you have picked up the rite bolt for the gun" as I have 5 .303 rifles and the bolts are prety much the same I have learned to double check now bloody happy he could'nt shoot back I tell you what. |

One trick that helps me remember is too clean one gun at a time.That way the proper bolt stays next to the rifle all of the time. But you are correct, they all look alike. |
